Two of my favourite things in life are fitness and fashion. How you feel on the inside always makes its way to the outside. Without preaching too many motivational quotes, I know one thing for certain. You must take care of yourself, because if you don’t, then who will? Your health and well-being are so important to your enjoyment of life and those you love.
How great it is to wake every morning feeling comfortable in your skin, with health on your side and the ability to wear anything in your wardrobe with confidence. Your wardrobe is more than just your clothing, it is an extension of your personality.
We all seem to fall into some kind of routine when it comes to our jobs and families, but what about time for ourselves? Being active daily and working out a minimum of 3 times a week has been my non-negotiable contract. It really is my therapy.
How do you make the most of your "me" time when you are constantly looking out for those around you? You may no longer be physically active, let alone work-out and the thought of starting over again may be daunting, even terrifying.
But here is my challenge to you.
See that dress in your wardrobe that you haven’t worn for years? Or for the guys out there, those jeans that used to turn heads?
Well, what if I tell you that in 2 months time you will wear it; with confidence and pride.
It is achievable.
At this point you might be saying to yourself, I don’t have the time.
I can show you how to create that time.
Deciding to be active and healthy will benefit you for years to come. It will allow you to enjoy better health and make you feel more comfortable and in confident in the clothes you wear.
