One-on-One Training

Personal training means you get my full support on your journey to a healthier, stronger, fitter body. 

As your trainer, I will programme workouts according to your fitness goals. The programmes I write are set at the level of fitness that is appropriate to you. I will challenge you, show you correct technique, and motivate you along the way.

I favour resistance training (weight training) and box-fit (boxing inspired workouts) as my preferred form of exercise as they are fun, interactive ways to train, not to mention providing the following benefits:

What you can expect from our first session 

In our first meeting, we will assess where you're at with your current level of fitness and discuss any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that I should be aware of.
From this we will talk through your goals.

I will write you a customised program that is tracked every session, provide motivational support along the way and help you stay accountable to your goal.

Where we train
What works best for you?

Your time is precious and valuable. I can offer you the best solutions in order to see you achieve your fitness goals. I can train you in the following three locations:
·       At a gym
·       At a park near you (ideal for box-fit boot camp) 
·       At your home 

*All gear is included.
